My wife and I visited KL briefly twice in April and May this year. We were both very taken with the attitude, culture, lack of graffiti, etc and although I would be quite keen to consider moving under 'Malaysia - My Second Home' provisions, my wife is less keen.
I would be interested in corresponding with ex-pats as to their views on living in Malaysia.
