| Let me guess Jerry, uhmm... you are a Freelance programmer or professional? Well, there are certain pros and cons about freelance job but not everyone has the knowledge to go freelance and that is what most abusive companies exploit. Are there any formal education that teach you guys to go freelance? What if you should be receiving more than what the actual project cost but because of the "lack of education" a freelance individual is victimize by these tyrant companies, unlike full time and formal jobs where one has benefits, and the employees are protected by the law against an abusive company. I am not saying it is not as good as full time jobs. Just saying the pros and cons. |
| But shadira with freelance jobs, one can have multiple jobs which can earn a professional more income if properly managed. Freelancers are not "stupid" as you wanted to imply in your statement that "...the lack of education a freelance individual is victimize by these tyrant companies....". These are professionals in the first place, I guess they are already aware of why they enter such contracts or agreements and that is because it is best for their careers. This is why freelance is a popular pursuit by pro and non-professionals. |
